LBR Staff Writer Published 06 November 2017

DHL has introduced digital logistics solution for carriers in Poland, in a bid to help transport companies to increase the efficiency of transport process.

Saloodo! is a digital end-to-end logistics solution designed to simplify the commissioning and handling of transports.

DHL established Saloodo! start up in 2016 to help the transport business. It will showcase its portfolio at this year’s TransPoland Translogistica event, which will take place between 8 and 11 November.

The digital logistics solution enables shippers to determine verified road freight carriers, as well as allows carriers to find suitable LTL, PTL and FTL to enhance their truck capacities.

The digital logistics solution helps to map and control the entire transport handling, including consignment tracking, freight document management, invoicing and payment.

Based on real-time data and special algorithms, the advanced transport pricing calculator allows freight forwarders to make their transport offers competitive.

The advanced digital logistics solution offers B2B companies instant access to road freight providers. It also provides fast and mart access to shipment loads across various region.

It will help to present the company’s assets and capacities on a single platform to optimise their trucks, and also simplifies he billing and payment processes.

With the support of driver app, the digital logistics solution will allow to assign upcoming tours to the respective drivers. The app provides the drivers with details of the tour and cargo at all times.
