Germany-based logistics services provider Fiege has secured a contract to handle the complete supply chain of fashion brand, Fynch-Hatton.

Fynch-Hatton, which is specialized in casual men’s wear, produces jumpers, shirts and jackets.

The fashion brand also produces sports jackets, footwear and accessories featuring the umbrella thorn.

Fynch-Hatton products are marketed at 2250 sales outlets in 55 countries, including seven shops in Germany.

Since November last year, Fiege has been supplying Fynch-Hatton products to its own outlets, in addition to online shoppers.

The entire product range will be stocked at the Fiege location in Neuss, until completion of its own logistics centre at the company location of Fynch-Hatton in Mönchengladbach.

Once operational, Fiege will also manage Fynch-Hatton’s logistics at the new facility.

Fiege is said to store around 10,000 cross-docking parcels in Neuss. The merchandise packed in cross-docking parcels is picked and pre-packed ready for retailers and branches at the production location.

Fiege also manages the offloading of containers and cross-docking for 8,600 different items, in addition to storing and order picking.

The company also provides  services such as applying customised labels or sending out the sample collections.

Fiege fashion and online retail managing director Martin Rademaker said: “Fynch-Hatton is a fast-growing fashion brand which has developed a further distribution channel with its new online store.

“We are delighted to accompany this multi-channel concept with our expertise as a fulfilment service provider.”

Based in Greven, the Fiege Group is specialized in providing supply chain solutions to the customers. With more than 12,000 employees, the group manages 185 locations in 15 countries.

The company mainly focuses on sectors such as fashion, healthcare, industry, consumer goods, tires, media and mail, as well as multi-channel retail.

Fiege Group provides integrated customer solutions for eCommerce, transport, sea and air cargo, customs clearance, warehousing, parcel deliveries and real estate management.
