Yusen Logistics opens new logistics centre in Sydney

Yusen Logistics Australia (YLAU) has opened a new logistics centre in Greystanes, Sydney, Australia.

The new center is the eighth logistics centre operated by the company in Australia, which already operates three warehouses in Sydney.

Currently, Yusen operates logistics and bonded warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth which offers storage, pick pack as well as domestic distribution services.

The combined storage remove house area, including the new centre, will be 95,806sq m.

In August 2012, Yusen Logistics has opened new offices in Bangladesh and Turkey in order to increase logistics needs in emerging markets.

Both the offices are scheduled to start operations from October 2012.

In July 2012, Yusen Logistics had opened a new automotive centre at its 81,000 sq ft Tamworth facility in Staffordshire, UK.
